Well that’s my first week back at training. I started with a rather average 4km run in 22mins, followed two days later by a very average bag session and finally today my crossfit workout, three five minute rounds with a 1 minute break in between to do sit ups. Some people say that you shouldn’t count your repetitions but for me it is a real motivator trying to beat my last round.
- Wall Ball throws
- Kettlebell swings
- dumbbell presses
- sprawling burpees
- barbell cleans
Don’t forget the stretching this year pls. someone remind me at training before I get carried away with something. Looking forward to the rest of the year.
