Started with a run on Monday morning, thought it was about 4kms. I ran it in 24mins then went back and checked the distance turns out to be 5.1kms, feeling good, now I just need to lose 4mins and I will be very happy.
We had our official 1st night back at training and it was good to see many of us back and ready to work hard. The 2nd night included a visit by Dai Sempai Jodi from Toowoomba and this gave me the opportunity to expose her to some crossfit followed by basic self defence applications exposing the anatomical inferior parts of the body, not to mention a few finger manipulations. She loved it!
Can’t wait for BJJ on Saturday looking to improve my fitness and guard passes, look out Eddie I am coming for you. Ha,Ha
