Time for everyone to jot down their goals for this week.

  1. Look after my family (always number one)
  2. Train (Mon-Run, Tues-MMA/BJJ,Wed-crossfit,Thurs-MMA/BJJ,Fri-Stretch/rest,Sat-Spar,Sun-Stretch/rest)
  3. Get ready for new school year

Basically that’s the week using the kiss principle (Keep It Simple Stupid).
