Heading out for a run in the morning followed by stretching, aiming to beat 24mins for 5kms. Tuesday night I will be working more stand up routines followed by kata applications and sparring. Thursday night I will be back on the mat wrestling and looking to use the twister on one of the guys, maybe Eddie. Finally I will be rolling again on Saturday. My challenge this week is not to eat after 8pm, be in bed by 10.30pm and fit in 2 crossfit sessions.
Time to go train hard, stay strong.
